Harvey Berk completed his undergraduate work with a degree in engineering from Bucknell University. He was awarded an advanced engineering Master’s Degree from New York University (NYU). He worked with his father in the family plumbing business and later founded a bridge building company specializing in pipe fitting for suspension bridges. He founded Manhattan Management Company (MMC) in 1961. MMC is the hub of management and leasing operations for his entire commercial and multi-family portfolio. MMC has evolved from a part-time business to a sophisticated property management company employing 250 people, managing 4,000 apartment homes in New Jersey, Oklahoma, and Louisiana, and 15 commercial properties throughout New Jersey.

In 1971, Mr. Glennon completed his undergraduate work at Temple University with a BA in education. He went on to complete studies in property management and real estate brokerage earning his CPM designation and Real Estate Brokerage licensure. Following this, he was designated the certification of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) for the commercial Industrial Real Estate Council. He spent thirteen years in property management and fifteen years in asset management. His specialties include under-performing and non-performing assets. While with Bay Colony Property Company, REIT (BAY NYSE) he converted a 366 unit luxury high rise to cooperative (Manhattan, NY) while producing $44MM in gross sales. Currently Mr. Glennon is faculty at Temple University, School of Business (Real Estate Institute) and holds the position of Asset Manager at Manhattan Management Company.
Joseph joined Manhattan Management Company, LLC, in 2003 as Property Manager of Cherry Tree Corporate Center, a premier, five-story office building in Cherry Hill, New Jersey, having served in that position for its previous owners for several years.
He has been in commercial real estate management since 1995 and prior to that was in residential real estate development and property management for over 20 years. In addition, he serves as a Trustee for the 65-acre Swedes Run Business Park Owners Association, which provides management oversight of the entire park.
Mr. Romagnano had been an electrical engineer with RCA and the National Security Agency. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Newark College of Engineering in Newark, New Jersey, and an MBA in Marketing and Finance from Drexel University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
PROPERTY MANAGER, CPM CANDIDATE
In 2000 Ms. Avery-Russ came to the United States as an exchange student from Brazil, South America. In 2009, she was sworn in as a United States Citizen. Joining MMC in 2000, she held numerous field and office positions including multi-family leasing and operations dispatch and management. She began her higher education in the US and continues her undergraduate studies. She became a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management in 2008 and currently serves as Vice President of the Southern Jersey Chapter. She holds a position in MMC as a Property Manager, managing multi-family property and assistant manager at Cherry Tree.
MARKETING AND PR ASSISTANT
Kim completed her undergraduate work with a degree in Graphic Design from Rowan University. While she received her Bachelors of Fine Arts, she also minored in film Photography. She worked for Honeywell Scanning & Mobility for 10 years in the Marketing Department as their Senior Graphic Designer and Product Photographer. During that time she received her certificate in digital photography from the University of the Arts in Philadelphia and was featured in the International Library of Photography’s “Timeless Journey”. Additionally, she was also awarded the Graphic Design USA 2008 American In-House Design Award for her design of Honeywell’s product brochure. Kim now serves as the Marketing and PR Assistant at Cherry Tree.
Jennifer Vincent-Marshall, Jenn, is a United States Naval Veteran attached to the Amphibious Construction Battalion Two, Little Creek, VA since 1987. Is the part time Receptionist for Cherry Tree Corporate Center’s Management Office since Sept. 2016. Originally brought onboard for her unique organizational skills and fundraising abilities in 2011 to design & create a Monte Carlo Night fundraiser for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation hosted by Cherry Tree & Swedes Run of Delran, New Jersey and remained on board as a Receptionist and then an Administrative Assistant for 2 ½ years.
