Cherry Tree Recipient of the 2015 TOBY Award.

At this years TOBY Awards dinner, the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) presented the management and ownership of the Cherry Tree Corporate Center with the 2015 TOBY Award, "Best Renovated Building".
The award was presented by BOMA Philadelphia on September 16, 2015 during the awards ceremony held at the Ballroom at the Ben in Philadelphia. The management at Cherry Tree spent the last 5 years renovating many parts of the building including the lobby, elevators and HVAC systems.
BOMA also awarded Cherry Tree with two additional awards in the "Best of the Best" categories:
Best Curb Appeal
Best Lobby - Suburban

The Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) of Philadelphia was organized on April 5, 1916. The Association is a Pennsylvania nonprofit corporation 501(c)(6).
The purpose of this Association is to create, maintain and develop cooperation among those employed within the commercial real estate industry in the Philadelphia region; to facilitate the exchange of ideas in fields of construction, management, operations and maintenance of buildings; to promote the general welfare of the real estate industry; and to provide membership advocacy, professional development and networking opportunities.
